Service Description
Open to all levels. Explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space in a challenging, fun, flow class with zero gravity inversions and no pressure on the joints. This body/mind/spirit class will take your yoga practice to a whole new level - increasing flexibility and strength, all while finding a deeper connection. Every asana, vinyasa sequence, grip/wrap/trap is mindfully taught with clear progressions. You are already successful just by showing up!

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time. Doors will be locked at class start time. Space is limited! Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time to avoid a $15 class cancellation fee or lose a class from your package.
